# Agents (/docs/agents)

An agent works with Obelism the way you do: as you, in your Organizations, as far as your [role](/docs/organizations/roles) allows. There are three ways in.

| Way in                                  | Where                                   | For                                                                      |
| --------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| [The MCP server](/docs/agents/mcp) | `https://www.obelism.studio/mcp` | Claude, Cursor, Codex or any MCP client: every product on one connection |
| [The Claude plugin](#the-claude-plugin) | Claude Code, Claude on the web, Desktop | The same server, plus skills for jobs that span products |
| [⌘K](#the-k-prompt) | Every product's dashboard | Asking about, or changing, the Space you're in, in your own words |

All three reach the same products with the same rights. What each may do is on [What an agent may do](/docs/agents/permissions).

## The MCP server [#the-mcp-server]

One server for Improve, Content and Numbers, with one sign-in: `https://www.obelism.studio/mcp`. Add it to your MCP client and sign in once in your browser. For Claude Code:

```bash
claude mcp add --transport http obelism https://www.obelism.studio/mcp
```

[Agent setup](https://www.obelism.studio/agent-setup.md) has the steps for every client, written so you can paste the link into your agent and let it do them. See [The MCP server](/docs/agents/mcp) for how signing in, scopes and tools work.

## The Claude plugin [#the-claude-plugin]

The **Obelism** plugin connects that same server and adds three skills for jobs that span products:

| Skill           | What it does                                                                                                    |
| --------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `import-design` | A page made in Claude Design becomes a draft page in Content, built from the Space's own blocks |
| `connect-site` | Sets up a site's repository: Content's SDK, its tokens and webhook in develop or staging, and Numbers' tracking |
| `test-a-block` | An A/B test on a block of a page: the test in Improve, its variants in Content, and its results |

In Claude Code:

```text
/plugin marketplace add Obelism/sdk
/plugin install obelism@obelism
```

On Claude on the web and in Desktop, add the `Obelism/sdk` marketplace under **Customize → Plugins**, or have an owner of your Claude organization upload [the plugin's zip](https://www.obelism.studio/downloads/obelism-plugin.zip) for everyone. [Agents](https://www.obelism.studio/agents) on www has the prompt that sets it up for you.

## The ⌘K prompt [#the-k-prompt]

**⌘K** (Ctrl+K) in any product's dashboard opens one menu: type to go to a page, or ask about the Space you're in ("which tests are running?", "add an FAQ block to the pricing page").

- It reaches the Space and environment you're looking at, and nothing else.
- It reads straight away, and **asks you to confirm every change** before making it.
- It never shows a token's value or a webhook secret, uploads files, or changes the Organization, its members or its Spaces.
- It works with Improve, Content and Numbers, with your role.

It needs no setup and no connection: it uses your signed-in session.

## Each product's own server [#each-products-own-server]

Each product also has its own MCP server, on its **Agents** page: `https://improve.obelism.studio/mcp`, `https://content.obelism.studio/mcp`, `https://numbers.obelism.studio/mcp` and `https://media.obelism.studio/mcp`. Their tools have no product prefix, and each has its own sign-in and scopes. Use one when you only want that product, or when your client copes badly with a long list of tools. The plugin's skills need the server for every product.

## Seeing and disconnecting agents [#seeing-and-disconnecting-agents]

[Agents](https://www.obelism.studio/agents) on www lists the agents connected to the server for every product; [Connected apps](https://www.obelism.studio/account/connected-apps) lists those and every product's own. **Disconnect** ends an agent's access at once. Changing or resetting your password disconnects all of them.
